Héphaïstos Collection...
My idea of jewelry is far from smooth.
My jewelry is the testimony I leave on dry land when I set sail.
925/1000 silver necklace weighing 125.3 grams
Héphaïstos Collection is a set of different models but where the same technique is used for each unique piece, the metal work very marked and visible, raw, forged shapes, a blackened patina, with apparent roughness, bracelets, rings, triple , wide, hammered and also necklaces.
In short, a return to the first metal work, the “forge” style.
First Men collection...
Set with an opal, this pendant in solid 925/1000 silver (16.3 grams) and 750/1000 Gold (2.5 grams).
This piece in silver or gold is shiny giving it a unique raw effect reinforced by its stone and its shape.
Before becoming a piece of jewelry I sculpted it entirely in wax using a scabbard as the only tool, each time using a different cutting angle, I made different layers in order to cast it in silver.
Gold is melted onto silver like lava covering the walls of a volcano.
To achieve this effect, gold is heated to more than 1000° to fuse with silver.
For the finish, the silver is patinated, aged deliberately, the gold contrasts with its shine, the unique effect is reinforced by the opal and the raw aesthetic of the pendant.
