This solid silver ring is set with a yellow diamond, which owes its color to the presence of nitrogen in its composition.

The higher the amount of nitrogen, the stronger the yellow color of the diamond. Yellow diamonds are much less common than colorless variants, but are not as rare as pink or blue diamonds.

I make a lot of wide rings, this piece is patinated, aged voluntarily giving it a unique effect reinforced by the stone and its shape.
