Turn Around Collection
Like the rings of Saturn discovered by Galileo in July 1610, the Turn Around Collection is a collection of models where the same technique is used for each unique piece. This set may also evoke the Tibetan rings of the six mantras in its design.
This silver (16.55 grams) and gold (2.65 grams) ring measures 1.6 cm, with the three central rings rotating around the main ring. It has a simple appearance but is intricately crafted and harmoniously finished.
The silver is patinated, aged, reinforcing the hammered effect.
It is clear that the metal has been roughened, but the polishing gives it a soft shape with unique reflections.

The Turn Around Collection features rings where different rings revolve around a main ring, like the rings of Saturn discovered by Galileo on July 25, 1610, which share the same configuration: a main ring and separate rings, only three of which are visible from Earth.
Another evocation is the Tibetan Six Mantra Ring, which is similarly articulated with a rotating ring, a symbol of compassion. These varied inspirations, drawn from a wide range of knowledge, are reinvented and reshaped by the creative mind of Anthony Barrouyer. He melts the metal, shapes his jewelry, hammering it, hollowing it out, and folding it.
