Hephaestus Stones Collection
The silver is striated, melted, worked with a file and then smoothed, a unique, raw work.
Before becoming a jewel, I sculpted it entirely in wax in order to melt it into silver.
I then applied the patina so that my work has even more relief.
This pendant in solid silver 925/1000 (8.6 grams) is set with emeralds (1.2 carats).
This is a mineral, from the silicate group, a variety of beryl, whose green color comes from traces of chromium, vanadium and sometimes iron.
This piece measures 1.5 cm x 2 cm, the silver is patinated, aged voluntarily giving it a unique effect reinforced by its stone and its shape.

Uniqueness reinforced by the blackened patina applied to the 925/1000 silver which gradually fades over time. Living, the jewel will reveal areas where the shiny aspect of the metal will re-emerge.
