The surface of the ring is covered with a pattern, reminiscent of the surface of a waffle. Each "square" of the waffle is carefully molded to create a uniform texture.
The ring can have a polished finish as seen here or lightly oxidized to accentuate the relief of the waffle pattern. A polished finish makes the ring shinier, while an oxidized finish adds depth by contrasting the dips and bumps.
The inside of the ring is smooth and polished for optimal comfort when worn.
The ring is relatively wide, 6 mm and thick enough to be sturdy but comfortable to wear.
