DELIVERY

Delivery is free for all orders. Our shipments are handled by specialized carriers (Colissimo Tracked, FedEx, etc.).

Delivery is guaranteed within 72 hours after dispatch. Additional delays may apply outside France (under normal conditions).

Krazy Stones insures each item until it is delivered.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Order cancellation is possible as long as Krazy Stones has not started preparing your package. If your order has already been shipped, it is too late to cancel it—you will then need to initiate a return.

RETURNS:

For a return—whether for an exchange or a refund—items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We recommend using the original carrier and choosing a tracked and signed-for delivery service.

Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility. Returned merchandise will only be accepted if it has not been altered and if the packaging is returned intact and in its original condition. Items for exchange must be new and unworn.

EXCHANGES:

For an exchange, please contact us by email (shop@krazy-stones.fr) or by phone (+33 4 90 63 05 37) to confirm the availability of the item you wish to receive in exchange. If the requested item is in stock, your exchanged product will be shipped to the same address under the same conditions as the original order.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are processed within 2 to 10 business days from the date we receive your return. Refunds will be credited to the same bank account or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

Please note that the transaction may take a few days to be reflected in your account.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Prepare your package.

Returned products must be new, unworn, and placed in their original packaging.

Include the delivery slip.

After verifying that the returned product meets the required conditions (new, in original packaging, with tags attached), you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received.
